Danger of Drinking Too Much of Milk!
From the day you're born, you listened to your parent that milk is good for health. Newspaper say so. Television and advertisment say so. Doctors too. Since nobody investigate for the truth, they are just telling people drink milk will provide us calcium. Actually drinking milk just leaked calcium out of your body instead giving you more calcium.
Some of you sure say "Impossible" , " No way", "That's not the truth,you idiot!"
There are no lie in nutrition facts of every packaging of milk. All of them contain calcium. But milk is an acidic about pH 6.7-6.9. The milk has an acid called acid lactic. When you drink too much milk, your body will start become acidic. Our body cannot function well if we get too much acidic. We can even die.
But when we get too acidic, our body starts to drain calcium (alkaline) from your bone and teeth to neutralize your acid blood. So that means drink milk will just leak more calcium out from your body instead of providing us calcium.
